Cookie Monster

Chocolate chip cookies have been my friend for the past week. They make me feel good and I like them.  I just ate six chocolate chip cookies and I am not ashamed.  I also didn't eat dinner so it balances out, right?  I did a lot of walking today though so I don't feel bad.  The real change here is going to transform into not feeling bad about the choices I make.

  1. No need to feel bad; awareness that salt and sugar are good in small doses and awareness of consumption should make a difference over time. As the turtle said to the hare, "slow and steady wins the race."

  2. walking is a great way to sneak in exercise! I've been walking to class and its an easy way to burn 200 calories a day with only minimal effort! Thats 2-3 extra cookies a day!
